Mustard and dill sauce

This sweet yet sour mustard-dill sauce is delicious served with slices of marinated carrot, used as a dip, or as a topping for canapés.

Finely chop the fresh dill and place in a small bowl

Add rest of the ingredients into the bowl and mix.

Taste and adjust, maybe more apple cider vinegar or more agave syrup or a little salt and pepper?

Cover or place in a container and pop into the fridge until ready to use.

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 lime – Juiced
