Marmite Palmiers, the perfect thing to make with left over puff pastry.
whatever puff pastry you have left , open up and spread with marmite. Ideally a rectangle, fold rectangle on the long side to the centre and then on the other side. so the two long sides meet in the middle.
Now fold the one long side on top of the other. place in the freezer for 10 mins to firm up (not to freeze).
Once the pastry has firmed up slice the pastry into lots of slices and place on non stick baking paper on a metal roasting tray.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. take off tray and place in bowl to serve.
