Peel and finely chop the red onion – place in the salad bowl
grate the carrots and place with the red onion, mix them throughly.
Depending on the size of the bowl add a handful of the sprouting beans to the bowl and mix throughly.
Use the mayo and add to the bowl, the amount will depend on personal choice and the size of the bowl.
Mix it all together until it looks the desired consistency .
